Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our website or engaging our services. By accessing or using this site, you agree to be bound by these terms.

01.Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website of Grow On Digital India, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should discontinue use of our website and services immediately.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, clients, and others who access or use our services.

02.Service Description

Grow On Digital India provides digital marketing services including but not limited to:

• Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
• Web Design & Development
• Social Media Marketing
• Content Marketing
• PPC Advertising
• Growth Strategy Consulting

The scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each engagement will be outlined in a separate Service Agreement or Proposal provided to the client.

03.Payment Terms

Fees for services are outlined in the pricing plan or proposal agreed upon before commencement. Payment terms are as follows:

• Invoices are due within 7 days of receipt
• Monthly retainers are billed at the start of each month
• One-time project fees are due 50% upfront and 50% upon completion
• Late payments may result in a temporary pause of services

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified.

04.Client Obligations

To ensure successful delivery of services, clients agree to:

• Provide timely access to necessary accounts, data, and information
• Respond to communications within 48 hours during business days
• Provide feedback and approvals promptly to avoid project delays
• Not engage in any activity that violates applicable laws

05.Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client owns the final deliverables created specifically for their project (e.g., website designs, ad creatives, content). Grow On Digital India retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

We retain ownership of our proprietary tools, methodologies, frameworks, and any pre-existing intellectual property used in the delivery of services.

06.Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement. This includes business data, strategies, analytics, and any information not publicly available.

This obligation survives the termination of the service agreement.

07.Limitation of Liability

Grow On Digital India shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the total fees paid by the client in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We do not guarantee specific results (e.g., exact rankings, traffic numbers, or revenue), as digital marketing outcomes depend on numerous factors beyond our control, including algorithm changes and market conditions.

08.Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days' written notice. Upon termination:

• The client shall pay for all services rendered up to the termination date
• All deliverables completed up to that point will be transferred to the client
• Confidentiality obligations remain in effect

09.Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

10.Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
